Welcome to Lane Choice ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lane Choice LLC governing your use of the Lane Choice mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using Lane Choice, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Lane Choice allows users to post, upload, and share content including text, photos, and videos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

Lane Choice reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove User Content at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to content that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law. Users may report objectionable content through the in-app reporting feature. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal and account suspension.
All content, features, and functionality in Lane Choice, including but not limited to software, logos, text, graphics, and audio, are the property of Lane Choice or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) modify or make derivative works of the App; (b) sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App; or (c) use the App for any commercial purpose.
Lane Choice may offer subscription plans ("Lane Choice Plus") and other in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription:
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lane Choice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App will not exceed $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lane Choice LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@lanechoice.com or through the in-app settings. Upon account deletion, your profile, posts, and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Toms River, New Jersey, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Lane Choice LLC.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lane Choice LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
